About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack .NET Developer with 1–5 years of experience. As part of a small and collaborative team, you will work closely with other developers and contribute to both backend and frontend development.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned tasks, solve problems independently, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with any .NET technology, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, or modern .NET versions.
• Experience with either React or Angular.
• Good knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or another relational database.
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
• Good understanding of core computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, database fundamentals, and time and space complexity.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team and take ownership of assigned work.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Samarpan Infotech and its clients across relevant digital channels.
• Plan, research, and create marketing content including social media posts, captions, blogs, website content, ad copy, email content, and campaign messaging.
• Manage and grow social media platforms s\
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms .
• Perform essential SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ad platforms, and other marketing tools, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage multiple client and company marketing activities , coordinate with designers where required, meet deadlines, and continuously explore new trends, tools, and AI-driven marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the ability to select the right channels based on business goals and target audiences.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, emails, and campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, content planning, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaign optimization.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, competitor research, and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM and marketing performance metrics, with the ability to analyze data and suggest improvements.
• Strong communication, research, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects independently and use AI tools effectively for research, content creation, and marketing productivity.
