Office Decorations:
The first event was office decoration; all the team members participated in it. To create a positive and healthy work environment; every employee decorated the entire office from white & blue with balloons, plastic ribbon, wall frames, electric lighting series etc.
Surprise Presentation/ Hidden Cheat Presentation:
The next activity was mainly for our introvert designers and developers. All members will write one topic on a piece of paper at beginning of the game. then in random order person have to speak for at least 2 minutes continuously on whatever topic he/she got from random paper picked from the box. It will improve communication skills and also boost self-confidence to overcome stage fear.
Dumb Charades:
This one is an all-time favorite game for our team member; so it won’t be possible to celebrate this day without few rounds of dumb charades game. We divided all the players into two teams randomly, members of which take turns at acting out in pantomime a word, phrase, title, etc., which the members of their own team must guess.
Speaker Antakshari:
Then it was the time to add some music. This time we divided the team members will be divided into two teams as per their departments. Both teams will have one PC/Laptop with a speaker attached to it. Both teams will have to find the song and play it in particular time limit for around 20 seconds. Now after 20 seconds when song paused, the opposite team have to find the song from last phrase or words mentioned in the song.
The activity was divided into 3 rounds:
- 1st – General Hindi Songs
- 2nd – Old Hindi Songs
- 3rd – Latest Hindi Songs
Award Distribution:
The day ended with an award distribution channel. All the event winners were awarded by our Founder Mr Sandip Malviya. Also; we motivated our team by some appreciation awards like the best employee of each department, always on time employee, the most positive person etc.
